- No, all of our programs are digital. That means, whenever you buy anything from us, it will be sent to your email or receive an access download links upon check out.

- Yes, we have low carb meal plans that is suitable for people who have PCOS/Diabetes.
4. Are you a medical doctor?
- No, I am not. You should always consult your doctor before starting any weight loss programs. My meal plans/programs are not intended to treat any diseases. It is just an advice and for knowledge purposes only.
