- After payment, the meal plans/programs will be sent to your email. If it's not in the primary folder, please also check in spam or promotional folder.

- No, all of our programs are digital. That means, whenever you buy anything from us, it will be sent to your email or receive an access download links upon check out.
3. Is your meal plans is good for PCOS/Diabetic People?
- Yes, we have low carb meal plans that is suitable for people who have PCOS/Diabetes.
4. Are you a medical doctor?
- No, I am not. You should always consult your doctor before starting any weight loss programs. My meal plans/programs are not intended to treat any diseases. It is just an advice and for knowledge purposes only.
