My Story about the Spartan Program

 

Hi! Ako nga pala si Justine. I usually workout 5 days per week noon and palagi lang ako nag dedepend ng supplements  (Amino, Weight Gainers,  Protein Powders at iba pa) without proper guidance. 

Sa 5 days per week na workout, wala akong tama'ng structure sa ginagawa ko. Sometimes ginagawa ko nalang always is Arms day haha! 

Ang saklap.. 

Pumupunta ako sa mga Free Facebook Groups about Bodybuilding.. Sabay post "Kabakal, Pano mag build ng muscles?" expecting na may mag tuturo sayo instead I got bashed. 

So naging insecure ako. Instead of hihilaan ka pataas, nasa baba na ako. 

I searched my conquest kung pano mag build ng muscle while staying fit kasi most of the programs at nakikita ko sa mga facebook groups ay malaki nga yung katawan pero hindi naman proportionate. 

Until such time, I stumbled a proven program na doon natuto talaga ako natuto.  I invested alot of diets and workout programs from International Mentors to Local. 

Until such time, nakuha ko na ang goal ko.

One thing is clear, we all have the same principles and the only difference lang is how we personalized it to ourselves.
